Increased Access to Education Maintenance Allowance for Students

The Welsh government has announced a significant change to the Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA) that will benefit more students than ever before. After a 15-year freeze, the household income threshold for eligibility will be raised, allowing a greater number of families to access this vital financial support.
