Approximately 350 sophomores from Fort Wayne Community Schools had the opportunity to explore the financial sector during a recent visit to a local credit union on the city's northwest side. This event was part of the 3DE program organized by Junior Achievement, which aims to provide students with real-world experiences that enhance their understanding of various industries.
During the visit, students engaged in interactive activities and discussions that highlighted the importance of financial literacy and the role of credit unions in the community. They learned about budgeting, saving, and the various financial services offered by credit unions.
