Board of Education Approves Audit Firm for Financial Controls Review

The state Board of Education has officially selected Mauldin & Jenkins LLC to carry out a comprehensive audit of the internal financial controls for Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools. This decision comes with a price tag of $97,770, which the district has allocated for the audit process.
